Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy

1. The reservation is final after payment of the balance. 

1. With an online booking, you as a consumer have the right to revoke your reservation/booking within 14 days. In that case, this must be communicated in writing and the reservation fee will be refunded. You can contact us in writing via email: relax@cabinecabane.be.

1. In case of cancellation after 14 days, the reservation sum is not refundable.

1. The beach cabins are accessible from 8am on the first day of rental until 9pm on the last day of rental.

1. The cabins are located on the beach of Koksijde between Middelkerkestraat and Prins-Albertplein.

1. The description and photos on the website give a realistic impression of the equipment of the cabins. However, these remain indicative and subject to change. When in doubt, it is always recommended to contact us.

1. We are not responsible for accidents on the beach, in the sea, with the beach equipment or in the cabin.

1. The cabins and equipment are the property of Cabine Cabane. An inventory checklist is available. If things are intentionally damaged or stolen, this can be charged.

1. Cabine Cabane is a trade name of B&M All Service BV. With company number 0839.082.068.
